The Future of Distribution, Logistics and Build-To-Suit Development in Central Indiana
Browning Investments and Duke Realty Corporation, two of the Midwest's leading commercial real estate companies, have joined forces to shape the future of distribution, logistics, and build-to-suit development in Central Indiana.
This powerful partnership serves as a single source for developing, financing, constructing, owning, leasing and managing distribution and logistics facilities in two of the fastest-growing and most sought-after areas of metropolitan Indianapolis.
Between AllPoints Midwest and AllPoints at Anson, the joint venture will eventually develop 38 buildings totaling nearly 20 million square feet, creating thousands of jobs and adding millions of dollars to the local economy.
AllPoints Midwest is being developed as one of the premier modern bulk distribution parks in the Midwest. The park includes 920 acres of land to be improved with more than 12.5 million square feet of modern bulk distribution space.
As Plainfield's newest and largest modern bulk distribution park, AllPoints Midwest offers unparalleled intermodal transportation opportunities, and an efficient and cost-effective alternative to overcrowded distribution centers located in Chicago and other Midwestern markets.

A total of 24 industrial buildings will eventually be developed at AllPoints at Anson, part of Duke's master-planned community located directly off of I-65 in Boone County.
